Is my nanny overfeeding?

hi, first time mom here. my baby just turned 1 month old. my confinement nanny has been feeding him full feeds whenever he fusses even when the interval is really short. for example he just drank 100ml at 1030, then did a big poop and is asking for milk again at 1130. she says its ok to give him again because his tummy is empty after the poop. is this ok? i'm worried about overfeeding him.

For me, even if my LO has poonami I will wait for her to cry for milk (I will put my finger under her lips area to see if she wants to drink or just wants to be soothed). It can be anywhere from 1hour - 3 hours instead of following a schedule or poop = empty stomach. However, babies are generally quite smart, they will push the teats out if they’re full. Or if you observe any spit ups (slightly more than the usual burp and spit ups)/vomiting then it’s overfeeding.
