First Time Mom w/GDM

First Time Mom here , 25weeks pregnant , may GDM 🥺 , any suggestion po? May meal plan naman po pero any alternatives or any suggestion po na mawala ang GDM. #gdmdietcontrol #GestationalDiabetes

I totally understand how you feel. Having GDM can be a bit overwhelming at first, but it’s definitely manageable. Since may meal plan ka na, try to stick to it, pero you can also add more fiber-rich foods like whole grains, leafy veggies, and nuts to help control blood sugar levels. Also, regular light exercise like walking can help a lot! And don’t worry, with the right management, GDM doesn’t mean you can’t have a healthy pregnancy. Keep in touch with your OB for updates!
