First Time Mom w/GDM

First Time Mom here , 25weeks pregnant , may GDM 🥺 , any suggestion po? May meal plan naman po pero any alternatives or any suggestion po na mawala ang GDM. #gdmdietcontrol #GestationalDiabetes

I know it can be a lot to handle, but you got this! GDM is common, and while it might feel tough, sticking to your meal plan and checking your blood sugar regularly will help manage it. You can try adding more healthy fats like avocado, or protein-rich snacks to keep you full and avoid spikes in sugar. Light activity, like walking after meals, can also help. Always ask your OB for advice on what works best for you, but just take it one step at a time.
