preggy or not???

First take ko ng pt last Sept. First week of September and at that time mag 3 months nakong delay.. But di Pa din ako sure if preggy ako or Hindi dahil ang labo ng result ng pt :( take a look at this photo then I hope someone can help/give some advice.. Tnx sa mga magrerep. :>
