Baby slightly choke by saliva in yao lan

Fellow parents, just want to check do any of your young baby ever slightly choke by saliva when sleep in yao lan? Our 18 moths baby been having that problem, and now every time we put her into the yao lan, she seem to have fear about choking again. Any advise is appreciated thanks.
