Any idea what these are?

Hello fellow mummys! I've spotted these tiny bumps on my baby girl's adorable cheeks about a week ago and I thought they could be caused by her drools (she's drooling quite a bit since she's teething). I thought they would go away in a few days BUT they didn't! They don't seem to cause any discomfort in my baby otherwise. Any idea what they are? #pleasehelp #firstbaby #firsttimemom

Hmm.. those bumps dont come with those red patches on my girl's skin. They look more like acne, as mentioned by other mummys.

Baby acne? Baby acne will go away by itself

Oh yes they do look a little like acnes. I just didn't know babies could have acne too 😳
