Any idea what these are?

Hello fellow mummys! I've spotted these tiny bumps on my baby girl's adorable cheeks about a week ago and I thought they could be caused by her drools (she's drooling quite a bit since she's teething). I thought they would go away in a few days BUT they didn't! They don't seem to cause any discomfort in my baby otherwise. Any idea what they are? #pleasehelp #firstbaby #firsttimemom

Green watery poop from baby

My baby girl is currently on Similac total comfort formula milk and has been having this green watery poop for over a month now. Done my research online and checked with the paediatrician, both said there's nothing to worry about. She's not showing signs of discomfort nor is she having a diarrhoea (she passes motion only once every day). However is this still okay if this poop persists for this long? Sorry again for the poop photo.
