Hello fellow mummies. Slightly off topic. Would like to have some suggestions for a small gift for parents and parents in law. No budget but something for them.Thanks.
Well it depends on what things your parents and in laws like. Some old people are more frugal and won't want you to spend too much . Maybe better to bring them out for a good meal or buy some practical stuffs like food . I also give them gold coins before. For my mom I give earring and for my mil I give her bags before. For men a bit more tricky, if they are the modern kind can give gadgets or perfume or watch
Read moreHw about a photobook? Us millenial mums are usually all tech savvy with our fb and social media but the older folks do treasure printed photos. So u can consider printing the family pics grandkids and all into a photobook for memories. Im sure they will love it!
How about a cruise? Old folks seem to enjoy going on cruises. Otherwise if you have kids, maybe consider a family photoshoot session with them and then print out the photo for them. :)
I agree with the above suggestion. The other thing is it will be helpful to know what is ur parents' love language - if a gift is what they will value in their hearts or something else.
For me, no amount of money can replace the quality time we dedicate to them. Taking them out, solely about them. Having a meal and doing things they like.
thanks
Bad Mum, Kudos to that.
