I'm like that too. Was afraid to put things into my mouth, even drinking water I will just puke it out. I tried taking small little sips of lemon/like water. Half or 1/4 apple, Milo + cereals. Not much solid food taken. Lost 3.5kg. but so far doing ok, after taking food I will rest a while and then lay down.

Try to eat small meals every few hours rather than big meals 3 times a day. Also, drink plenty of liquids (water, juice). Gingers are very helpul in nausea & vomiting. Either have it in a drink or keep it handy & smell it when feel nauseated. Hope you feel better soon. Take care :)

the only thing that helped me was Diclectin given by the doctor. it helped me keep food down and take most nausea away. but appetite still not ideal, still feeling nauseous every now n then, especially in the night. week 10 now.

Eat bland food, soup, porridge. If its acid reflux, take gaviscon. It really helps. My vomitting finally stop at 16 weeks. (I hope..hahaha so far still ok) hang in thr. 💗

Try eating those plain biscuits like Meji biscuits or something plain like porridge. If it gets worst see your Gynae and request for anti vomiting pills.

I had very bad 1st tri like your weight drop too no appetite. I always force myself to eat at least 3 mouth. Drink plenty of water.

Play around with ginger, eat crackers or any Fluid drinks like milo or soya milk. Stay away from smells that makes you wanna puke.

Eat plain biscuits and drink coconut juice - 100% pure ones without additional sugar. It helped me throughout my first trimester

Eat something light like yong tau foo soup or porridge. If not can try sucking on sour plum, it might helps.
