what can i do or eat to improve the appetite and water intake?

1st trimester losing appetite and dont feel like drinking water.. Burp usually start during night and vomit if eat until full.

just eat and drink whatever that makes you feel better. my gynae suggested ice cream and don’t worry about sugar or calories.
