Hugs sayo, mommy... Mahirap at malaking sakripisyo po talaga kapag may newborn, even more kapag wala kang ibang suporta. Don't feel guilty and please take care of yourself para maalagaan mo rin si baby. If breastfeeding po kayo, malakas po ito makaburn ng calories kaya laging nakakagutom at pagod. Please be kind to yourself, eat well and rest well, try not to stress too much. Postpartum blues is normal and common din po, but be mindful din po for possible PPD...

laban lang momshie. kaya natin to. im having ppd till now pero wag tayo padaig kelangan tayo ni LO.. all those na naexperience mo is part of motherhood. always think positive. sabi nga sa kanta, it won't be like this for long..

Kaya mo yan Mi, sa umpisa lang mahirap at mag adjust, pero from time to time.. makakasanayan mo na dn at ma master mo ang pag aalaga sa baby mo..
