Hello! Was the same, for the whole of my first trimester previously. Try sour plum sweets / chews! Either the traditional ones from supermarket or can get the candy from muji. I was nauseous when I eat, nauseous when I don't eat also LOL so make sure to have your meals on time no matter how you are feeling about it!

You can try ginger lemon tea and snack on plain biscuits. hope it works for you
