Morning sickness at week 8.4
Experiencing morning sickness especially in the evening. Can't eat anything. How to cope with this?

Hi mummy! you can try having soups and light meal if your nausea strikes in the evening. you can also try eating bland foods. you can alsi have some non carbonated sports drink if you are vomiting to help you with fluid loss. I also use citrus oils in humidifiers to help with nausea. Hang in there!
