Spotting during 14 weeks

Hi all, experience sudden spotting yesterday morning and went to see my gynae immediately. Was given utrogestan and asked to rest more and monitor. This morning went toilet, spotting came with some tissues. Is this normal?

Some spotting is normal with pregnancy. Just have enough rest, don't be too stressed. If still bleeding after few days, see gynae again for check-up.
