Constipation is very normal in pregnancy! You can consume probiotics daily or food with high dietary fibres such as fruits and vegetables :) drinking more water than usual also help. If it’s too painful or hard, do consult your gynae for medicine to soften your stool.

Yes I am too suffering from horrible constipation, I have gas pains and I’m bloated all the time. I’m in week 9, I feel you :( I was given stool softeners by gynae, but I’m not sure whether to use it as I fear it will make me diarherra a lot etc.
