Vaginal Discharge

Hello. Excuse for the photos attached. Ask lang if may naka experience na nito sa inyo. I am 19 weeks pregnant and since i took OBIMIN PLUS, nagkaron ako ng pale yellow vaginal discharge (pus like), that usually comes out after urinating and while pooping. 1st pic is 1 week ago, watery sya. While 2nd pic is today, thicker and with pinkish hue. No other pains experienced, no itching, no to mild odor (normal odor lang) Please help. Appreciate your inputs and advices, coz im a bit worried 🥺 Thank you in advance. ❤
