Everytime after he bath his back will be like this ? Anyone any idea why or have experience before ?

the best is to get doctor's advise. my baby had this and the doctor advise to take BVO cream for 1 week. The medicine contained low dose of steroid. Not sure if you can buy it off counter from pharmacy.
