Does Nipple shield really helps

Not for me. I’ve tried and it’s just doesn’t work. Eventually after my baby 2 months the problem with my nipple also gone. Probably the baby pun dah pandai and it doesn’t hurt so much anymore plus my nipple already get used to it.
