Milk schedule

Hi everyone, my LO just turned one year old. Just want to check what is the schedule like for feeding milk? And also she is currently on formula, just wondering if to continue formula or to switch to fresh milk? Thanks

Depends on the solid your LO is taking . I still choose formula as he does not eat much .. Milk around 2-3 times a day is sufficient . 210-240ml per feed .

I am giving fresh milk to my 1 year old two times per day.(morning and evening)
