subchorionic hemorrhage

Hi everyone, im 7weeks pregnant and yung 1st check up ko last feb.20, sabi ng doctor meron daw akong subchorionic hemorrhage. It can cause po ba ng early fetal demise or miscarriage? Thanks po sa mga sasagot..
