Ultrasound scan heartbeat

Hi everyone! I went in for my scan few days ago at around 7w and the doctor detected a heart beat at 162bpm. He told me that it should be normal but upon googling, it seems like 162bpm at 7w is a bit too fast and normal range should be about 120bpm? Can anyone advise? Also, I started having some bad symptoms at 5w (dizziness, nausea, food aversions, sore boobs) currently at 8w and my symptoms seems to have reduced. nausea seems to reduced quite a bit. My appetite is also getting better. Is that something I should be worried about? 😭 isn’t it too early for my symptoms to get better?

If doctor say it’s fine, then it’s ok. A lot of times when I Google stuff, it may sound concerning / different frm the doctor’s view, if you are concerned, bring it up to the doctor ie ask why Google say this and you say this. I did that and I realised that Google can be exaggerating or misleading. Re symptoms, I know it can feel alarming and I felt the same way when you are feeling less symptoms. Symptoms can and go and differs from individuals. My sore boobs went away very fast. My appetite was always good. I know it’s worrying but you can’t benchmark your pregnancy just on these symptoms. Just think about those ppl who got pregnant and doesn’t know until 3 months later 🤣 they prob feel no symptoms

Normal i forgot the range bt something like 120-180 or smtg. Trust the docs, google can be wrong or not updated. Symptoms cones and goes trust me. One min i feel like dying the next day suddenly ok then next few days back to same thibg. I also started feeling better week 18

My take would be that if the doctor, as a trained medical professional, isn't concerned, I'm not going to make myself scared haha. There's alrdy many things to worry about when pregnant, so I try not to add on more myself
