Question - My baby is a picky eater,. he is not interested in green leave and most of vegetable, What are the best other food I can offer him. Is there any way to increase his appetite? Expert Answer - They will try new food for 12-15 times before they can be comfortable with it. Parents need to be patience. The kids are trying new thing. And the best things we can do as parents is to relax and try again. Vitamin b complex may increase the appetite. But if you are giving supplement, be sure to choose the supplement made from natural ingredients. Fix meal time. No snacks in between meals. Reduce sugar intake and snacks, these will affect their appetite. Avoid any disruption while eating: watching tv/ cartoon, angry at kids, play while eating

Expert Answer - When they are sick, their body need more nutrients than usual. Does frequent episode of diarrhoea has Any effect on brain development? If so what foods and fruits can be given to the child to compensate the loss?
Frequent diarrhea may cause dehydration, malnutrition, lack of minerals easily, growth retardation, as well as organ damage. First, have to find out whether the kid is genetically lactose intolerance or gluten intolerance. Then, can give them probiotics to stop diarrhea and build healthy gut bacteria. If the kids are younger than 6 months, only breastfeeding or formula is recommended. If the kid is above 6 months, can give small and frequent meals. Prefer easily digestible food.
My toddler loves to eat fast-food a lot. is there any impacts on his brain development with this? Does he has to stop having them or limit them?
fast/junk food contains high sugar, high salt, trans fat, artificial colorings and flavorings. All these will increase body and brain inflammation. High blood glucose in body will cause brain cell damage as well. Of course we have to limit them to taking too much of fast food. but we can’t totally stop them from eating junk food, since we as an adult also hard to say no to junk food, right? Instead of stopping them to eat, we need to become their role model, since kids are copying what their parents do. Don’t buy too many snacks/ junk food/ sugary drinks at home. If the kids able to get those food easily, they will keep eating, sooner or later will become a habit.

my baby is less eater. Does that affect her brain development? can I give some vitamins to increase her nutrition?
Can give vitamins, but better to find out which vitamin she really need. By doing DNA test, we as parents can know the exact nutrients that she needs, and also food and dietary sensitivities. So that we can reduce or avoid the food that she is sensitive to. A balanced diet is foundational for a kid’s health. Supplements is given only when needed. Too much sugar and highly processed food will inhibit nutrient absorption. Hence, reduce those food from your kid’s diet.
