LMP EDD vs SCAN EDD

Hi everyone, based on my LMP, I am 7 weeks 3 days. Based on my scan, I am 8 weeks 1 day. Can anyone explain this pls? I am abit confused as I am a first time mom.

Hi, maybe implantation occurs earlier than expected. I initially thought that I was 7 weeks along, but when I went for my scan, I was told that I was almost 9weeks. We are in the same boat. Just enjoy the fast forward pregnancy 😉
