baby doesnt progress at a good rate

Hi everyone. My baby is currently 4.5 months and we went for a vaccine jab last week. The PD said her weight and height does gained but not according to the rate that shes supposed to. She's 6.4kg now. Is it something i should be worried of? Have you encountered this?

Don’t worry dear. As long as she’s growing, and she’s moving along the same centile on the graph, it’s okay. At 5 months, my baby couldn’t even hit 6kg 😅. But after starting solids, she’s finally starting to gain more weight. Heh.

Yes feeding him 150ml every 4 to 5hrs ... Sometimes his feeding 3 hourly also... Im just worried he will grow fat😬 but thay time dr said he is doing ok
