Hi everyone My baby is 1.3 year old n still his food chart is a big concern for me Here I m sharing his time table If possible share urs Wake up 7 7:30 Banana n egg 9:30 milk 11- 12 lunch 3-4 milk/milk made puree 7 dinner He sleep around 8.30 Till now he is having khichadi with lots of veggie in lunch n dinner I wanna know what else I can give him

hey mom, in addition to what you are giving, i think you can now start adding more of grains such as wheat, daliya, chana flour, more rice, raagi (nachni) and such. also, start the concept of family pot eating, where your baby eats pretty much what you all eat, of course with less chilli and such.
