1st tri folic acid at omegablock, 2nd folic acid at calcium, 3rd tri ferrous sulfate with folic acid and calcium... yan yung resita sa akin dati... pero better consult ur doctor momsh. .

Mam ask the ob po para sure. May iba ibang brands kasi ata.
