Every now and then I will feel super upset and depressed about my life. There isn't any big issue really, I don't even know if I'm kicking up a big fuss and being oversensitive.
I'm thinking of going to see a counsellor but I'm afraid she will find my issues too trivial, and end up wasting everyone's time.
Anyone have seen one before? How is it like?
