Folic acid ba si quatrofol?

Estimated ko 5 weeks pregnant ako... Sabi ni OB sa Trans V ko early pregnancy, bed rest and niresetahan nya ko ng ganyan then follow up check up after 2 weeks. Then nanonood ako ng mga videos about sa 1st trimester.. Sabi dapat daw mag take ng folic acid. Si quatrofol po ba ay folic acid? And para saan si Duphaston? TIA ❤️

Hi mommy! Quatrofol at ang folic acid, parehas kailangan yan ng katawan habang nagbubuntis. Yung quatrofol ang tinetake ko kasi form din iyon ng folate that is absorbed quickly ng body. Yung folic acid kasi need pa iconvert ng body natin dahil synthetic form siya.
