Is QUATROFOL a folic acid?

Folic acid po ba Quatrofol? Nireseta kase saken ung ng ob ko after ko mad&c. Inumin lang daw hanggang sa mabuntis ko(was told to wait 3 months before we try to conceive again) Delay na po ako ng 3 days, at waiting ako ng may 1-2 weeks para pacheck up sana kase wala pa minsan nakikita sa transv, pero nakapag pt nako at positive po 💕. Nagsearch ako at nabasa ko naman para san quatrofol, nasakay akong folic acid na bibili sa mga pharmacy. May naresetahan na po sa inyo na gamitin folic acid ung quatrofol or baka may alam po sa inyo if folic acid rin po sya? Salamat sa sasagot Ps: currently taking folic acid bought sa pharmacy.

If I'm not mistaken this is a dietary supplement with folic acid. Tapos "No approved therapeutic claims"? FDA regulate this not as drug but as FOOD. I would prefer Folate which is the natural form of vitamin B9 in food, and not folic acid is a synthetic form. ☺️

yess mommy folic din po yan naorient samin sa ospital yang gamot na yan..mas mainan na inumin yan unlike sa iba dahil 100%folic acid siya at 40grm ang folic na nabbgay nya..

Yes. Quatrofol is the active form or readily absorb form ng folic (pareha lang po sila dalawa na Vitamin B9). Yung folic acid kasi marami pa processs para maabsorb sa body.
