Folic acid ba si quatrofol?

Estimated ko 5 weeks pregnant ako... Sabi ni OB sa Trans V ko early pregnancy, bed rest and niresetahan nya ko ng ganyan then follow up check up after 2 weeks. Then nanonood ako ng mga videos about sa 1st trimester.. Sabi dapat daw mag take ng folic acid. Si quatrofol po ba ay folic acid? And para saan si Duphaston? TIA ❤️

Hi there! Quatrofol is actually a methylated form of folate, which is really beneficial, especially for those with an MTHFR gene mutation that makes it hard to process regular folic acid. My OB prescribed it for me when I was planning my pregnancy, and it made a lot of sense for my needs!
