Folic acid ba si quatrofol?

Estimated ko 5 weeks pregnant ako... Sabi ni OB sa Trans V ko early pregnancy, bed rest and niresetahan nya ko ng ganyan then follow up check up after 2 weeks. Then nanonood ako ng mga videos about sa 1st trimester.. Sabi dapat daw mag take ng folic acid. Si quatrofol po ba ay folic acid? And para saan si Duphaston? TIA ❤️

I’ve been taking Quatrofol po mom. My OB mentioned that it’s more advanced than regular folic acid because it’s in its active form. This means our bodies don’t need to convert it, so it gets absorbed more quickly. It’s especially great if you have a folate deficiency!
