I cry at least one per week. In 2nd tri now too. Hmm controlling that part a bit difficult. Maybe keep yourselves preoccupied? I realised if I have too much free time I think alot. Try to tell yourself that don’t be angry or frustrated as it’ll impact your baby indirectly. Let yourself cool down for 5 mins before reacting/ responding.
Create happy hormones by swimming or going for walks more often. Emotional can be pregnancy hormones caused.
