advice on food to eat 1st tri

Hi mummies, feeling constantly nauseous especially when im hungry.. but my mouth has a weird taste after i eat most things like crackers or granola, which makes me want to vomit even more! Any advice on what can I eat that isn’t too unhealthy… trying to eat healthily but struggling!

Gender expectations

Hi mummies! Found out im expecting my 2nd and my family is all boys (siblings kids i mean)… and this will be the ‘last’ grandchild as we only want max.2! Diarrhoea/poop more - 24w

Hi mummies! Is it normal to poop more even like once a day loose days in 2nd tri? Recently i feel easily hungry but if I eat too much i get super bloated and end up diarrhoea. #1stimemom #advicepls

Yes! I seem to suddenly be getting once a day diarrhoea too! I'm currently 25+W.

Had brown discharge - genital tract infection

Any mum had experienced brown discharge and diagnosed with genital tract infection? Any tips to prevent and if it’s any cause for concern?#firstbaby #advicepls

Be sure to keep it clean down there with just warm and don’t douche. wear cotton panties. Change your panty liner often. Sometimes it’s good to air it out. Consume more probiotics. Nt rly a cause for concern imo as it’s quite common. Just rmb to take ur Medicine on time

tested covid positive during pregnant and emotional

Panadol during pregnancy

I had my Pfizer Booster during my 26th Week. Luckily no fever or anythg. Just slight sore on my arms.

Stomach slight pain when I got angry

I got really angry and yelled for like a good few minutes and shortly after felt some random pinches around my tummy. Is it anything to worry about?? In 2nd tri! #1stimemom #advicepls

Hi, just keep breathing in and out continuously when u are mad/upset cause it’s causing your body and tummy a lot of stress and strain. Should be fine it happens to me before. But if u are really concern, please check with your gynae.
