It is important to raise healthy, smart kid with a heart. And to do this i make sure that i am as well a better parent for my child. Children learns from what they see and experience from the family and friends. Being a good example to her ( like showing her how to be polite and respectful to others, properly reacts with difficult situations and be positive, and to be God fearing), will help her be a good kid. It is also important that she gets proper nutritions to develop mental and play with friends (socialize) for emotional awareness. Good grades can be achieve by hardwork. But having a positive attitude/manner is more important.
