Small lump on the left breast. 9 months Postpartum. Stopped breastfeeding a while ago

During regular checkup gynac noticed 1cm lump on left side of breast and asked to do ultrasound. Any mommy with similar situation? Any advise?

possibly milk clogs? may be residual after breastfeeding but good to check for peace of mind.
