Week 39 day 4, still not dilated. Any quick tips on inducing labor?

During my last visit doc said my cervix is not dilated and still very high.Appreciate any effective tips on inducing labor fast!

They say exercising (walking, yoga, stretches), sex, dates, raspberry tea help. Not sure if it’s true or not though. But worth a try - no harm trying.
