headache

Due to morning sickness, I cant mouth in my daily required caffeine as result to many days of headache. Is it adviceable to take a panadol extra strong? My headache is really very bad, 9weeks preggy now

No caffeine during pregnancy pls. And try to avoid panadols and go for natural remedies instead. If really needed then pls consult a doc
