MATERNITY LEAVE

Due date ko po is october 20 (naka declare sa sss) if mag leleave ako ng maaga mga oct 5, mag sstart na ba yung counting ng 105 days? Or mismong araw ng nanganak duon pang sstart yung 1st day of leave?

No. Hindi pa sya mag start ng couting ng leave sa SSS, kaya yung October 6 to 19 mo, hindi sya babayaran ni SSS. Unless babayaran ni employer ang October 6 to 19 mong salary - use your SL or VL or other leaves from company para bayad ka, if you want.

Pwede sya gamitin sis per IRR. Before or after the actual period of delivery.
