Hmm i also constantly drank water from an alkaline water dispenser during my entire pregnancy, baby turned out fine :) if you’re worried, maybe can just alternate with normal boiled water whenever possible?
no it will not. sg tap water is alkaline u know?

yes should still drink boiled water. maybe your symptoms getting better, not because of the alkaline water
