No baby found yet on my TVS when i was 5w3d

Hello All. Done TVS when i was 5weeks and 3days but no baby found yet. Pero as per OB, endometrium is thickening and nagreready na si uterus. Scheduled retake after 2 weeks. Should i worry po? #firstbaby #1stimemom #advicepls #theasianparentph
