Does Philippine Airlines or Cebu Pacific offer kiddie rates for flights within the Philippines? Is there an age limit?

Hi there, this is what I've gathered online. For PAL, discounts for children are as follows: 1) Infant not occupying a seat – 90% discount based on the accompanying adult’s fare. 2) Infant occupying a seat and children (2 to 12 years of age) – 25% discount based on the accompanying adult’s fare. The child's birth certificate/pssport will be needed upon purchase. For Cebu Pacific Air, discounts are as follows: 1) Infants between 8 days old up to 24 months of age not occupying a seat shall be charged with a minimal handling fee. Infants who occupy an aircraft seat must also use, for safety reasons, an FAA-approved car seat, and Cebu Pacific will charge the full fare. 2) However if you are a Cebu club member, you can add one infant to your existing booking at no charge.
