I’m currently at week 14, and have been having headache almost everyday since week 10/11, I try not to take panadols but hydrate myself. Just like what you’ve mentioned in the comment below - exercising n walking is a good distraction! I also got a gel cold headache/migraine relief band - this helps me a lot, I put it over my eyes/temple area and feels better shortly after!

Same here, mostly from neck aches and hormonal headaches. I find exercising regularly and going for chiropractic treatment help me the most!

Thanks for replying 😊 I did notice the headache tends to go off or gets better when I distract myself with walking or exercising.
