Does any mummies company always lack of human resources? Sigh.. my company only 3 people in a department and mostly are all chinese.. take leave or visit gynea also so difficult..

It is common in many departments. In my previous roles it is always either a one man show or only me and my boss. If my boss is on leave I can't go on leave. And my boss is not a local so she always goes back to her country for CNY which means every CNY I can't take leave. Actually it is fine for a department to be without anyone working for 1-2 days at times. There are departments who go on retreat and team bonding activity or company trip together, so what's with taking leave together at the same time as long as it is not for a long period
