Does stress affect your breastmilk supply?

I guess, stress must be affecting the milk supply, how much I don't know but not to the extent that milk falls short for the baby. I remember, when I was breastfeeding my baby, things at home were not easy, and I was under quite stress which I was not even able to discuss with my husband or close people around, but I did not face any problem in feeding my baby. I mean, it never happened that there was less milk than what my baby really wanted to have. But, yes, stress as they say is bad for any situation.
