Help! Is this drool rash or eczema?

Does this look like eczema on my baby? :( It’s dry, but gets redder when in contact with drool and after eating. Seems to be spreading more over the 2 weeks despite keeping it dry and cleaning with warm water after milk.

My baby seems to have this too recently! When she drooled more esp at the neck . After bathing or cleaning I make it dry and put diaper rash cream and it got better

if it's over 2 weeks I'll go to the doctor just for peace of mind. meanwhile can try diaper cream or vaseline
