Herbal Confinement
Does anyone know where to get those herbal Confinement for shower? How long do u use it for after birth and how was it used?

You may buy from shops selling Chinese herbs. I put the packet together with lemongrass (pounded) in a kettle of water and boiled it. I will sieve and pour the boiled water into a pail for my wife to bathe. I will then add cold water to lower the temperature of the hot water to my wife's comfort. We used it throughout the confinement period.
