Cervix Polyps Removed at 8 weeks pregnancy

Does anyone have their polyps removed at early pregnancy and how Long does the bleeding last. I Removed 3 days ago and it's still bleeding red on the 3rd day. Went to doctor and was given pills but still nothing Change
