6 WEEKS INTRAUTERINE PREGNANCY WITH NO HEARTBEAT YET

Does anyone have the same experience po ba? Was advised my my OB to go back nextweek for follow up and nerecitahan nya ako ng Duphaston for pregnancy support daw. No spotting cramps etc. LMP and Ultrasonic scan do not match too. :( LMP 12WEEKS SCAN: 6WEEKS #pleasehelp #2ndbaby #pregnancy

I mean is this normal for 6weeks without fetal heart rate yet? with my 1st baby, I had my 1st prenatal at 11weeks kasi.
