Do you ever lies to your children? If yes, in what topic you usually lies about?

Normally I will try not to lie to them as I feel that they will pick up this habit and starts learning how to lie. I only lied to my elder son whenever he asks if his dad is coming over to bring him out. He is too young to understand that we are no longer together but definitely will find a chance to talk to him when he is older.

I try not to give empty promise to my children. I think I only lie occasionally to my 6 years old daugther it's night time and she needs to sleep already, but in fact it is around 6-7pm evening only as I think she is tired already ;)
