Do you believe in certain Filipino folklores relating to giving birth? I.e. "suob", "hilot", "binat"

If related to giving birth, not really. It's because I've given birth twice via CS and never followed nor experienced any of these. When I came from the hospital, I took a bath with warm water, no herbs, no nothing. I didn't get the chance to have hilot also because I gave birth via CS nga, so the hilots in our place didn't want to do anything until a year or so daw.
